To help you have a hassle free experience, it would be great if you take care of a few points and the rest is our duty:
- Attire: Be in comfortable garbs while you want to undergo a service. We will be providing you with robes/ drapes/ towels and slippers but post a beauty treatment/ service it is better to be in a comfortable outfit to let yourself experience its actual calm.
- Needs/ Instructions: Your skin allergies if any, or any of your medical or personal requirement, we would take care of. Just be sure of letting us know everything about your skin. All your needs shall be taken care of most alertly and lovingly.
- Timings: Just be sure of arriving a little prior to your appointment so that we may fix everything according to your comfort and requirements.
- Cancellation: Please make sure that if you wish to cancel an appointment, it is at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment.
- Payment: We accept cash/ cards and beg your pardon for personal cheques.
- Surcharge: 10% extra surcharge would levy on Sundays and Public Holidays.
